Product Architecture

The system is built with:

  • 20 isolated voltage measurement channels for independent monitoring.
  • Ethernet / Wi-Fi connectivity for centralized data management.
  • Onboard SD storage for offline logging and data redundancy.
  • SQL server integration for enterprise-scale data collection and analysis.

Working Principle

The data logger continuously (or based on external triggers) measures voltages across 20 independent channels and transmits the results to a central SQL server over Ethernet or Wi-Fi.

If server connectivity is lost, the system automatically switches to onboard SD card logging, ensuring no data is lost. Once the connection is re-established, all stored logs are uploaded to the central database.

A dedicated Windows-based software application enables operators to:

  • Monitor real-time voltages across all 20 channels.
  • Configure logging parameters such as interval, triggers, and alarm thresholds.
  • Review historical data for batch analysis.
  • Export logs and generate reports for quality assurance and compliance.
