Remote Control Operate the cooler fan and water pump conveniently from anywhere in the room using an infrared remote.

Dry Run Protection Protects the pump from running without water. If the water level drops below the sensor limit, the controller automatically turns off the pump and displays a Low Water Alert, saving both the pump and electricity.

i-Mode (Intelligent Humidity Control) Optimizes water usage and reduces excessive humidity by cycling the pump ON only when cooling pads need wetting. This feature prevents over-humidification and saves both water and power.

Working Principle

The system is powered by a microcontroller that decodes commands from the IR remote.

The microcontroller controls:
- Relays for fan speed adjustment and water motor ON/OFF.
- 7-segment LED/alphanumeric display for real-time feedback.
- Buzzer/LEDs for alerts.

A water level sensor inside the cooler tank continuously checks water availability. If the level falls below the safe limit, the water pump is turned off, and a low-water indication is shown.

The IR remote (range: ~25 feet) allows users to manage all cooler functions without manual operation.
Installation is simple: The controller panel is connected to the fan motor, water pump, and water level sensor with minimal wiring changes.
